The Rose Chiffon Long Sleeve Micro Mini Dress in Moonshine/Yellow features a romantic print inspired by antique hand-painted artwork from the early 1900s, with large rose blooms and trailing florals. Made from soft semi-sheer chiffon, this easy-fit, fully lined dress is adorned with signature Needle & Thread ruffles at the neckline, shoulder, and bust seam. The gathered skirt hem is finished with a topstitched frill, while the blouson sleeves feature delicate gathered frills, ending in elasticated cuffs for a whimsical touch.
