The Tile Blooms Chiffon Smocked Off-Shoulder Top in Moonshine. This style is designed in the most beautiful print taken from an early 1900's hand-painted French tile design. Developed on soft chiffon fabric and elasticated smocking that creates comfort and style. Beautifully designed with embroidered smocking adding vintage-inspired detail, and signature Needle & Thread frills adorn this style adding romantic texture. We recommend pairing this top with our matching skirt to complete the look.
