The Rose Scallop Ruffle Kids Dress in Moonshine/Pink. This dress features an antique-inspired print of large rose blooms and trailing florals, taken from early 1900s hand-painted artwork. Designed with scalloped borders and gently gathered frills, it embodies the signature Needle & Thread style. A whimsical choice for picnics, birthdays, and warm-weather getaways.

- Body and skirt are fully lined. Sleeves are unlined.
