Designed with gathered tulle frills and delicate lace trims, it’s crafted with layers of signature tulle for a frothy, playful look. Crafted with a whimsical lace-edged frill sleeves at the neckline and shoulders add charm. Lined in soft cotton voile for comfort, the dress includes matching cotton dobby bloomers with delicate frilled edges. Your little one will feel like a princess in this dress.
