The Tile Blooms Chiffon Smocked Micro Mini Skirt in Moonshine. This style is designed in the most beautiful print taken from an early 1900's hand-painted French tile design. Beautifully designed with a smocked waistband featuring Needle & Thread signature ruffle detailing with perfectly positioned tiers throughout the skirt. Developed on soft chiffon fabric and crafted with a voluminous, playful silhouette. We recommend pairing this skirt with our matching top to complete the look.
