Crafted from soft chiffon, the shirred bodice is adorned with signature Needle & Thread frills at the neckline, shoulders, and waist. Short puff sleeves with gathered details and a ruffled cuff, paired with a delicately gathered skirt, make this dress perfect for twirling.
