Delivery Options and Details

All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.

Orders placed over the weekend after 2:30 pm (UK) on Friday will be dispatched in 1-2 business days (please kindly note we do not deliver or dispatch on UK Bank Holidays).

Transit times and charges will depend on your destination. Please see the checkout for delivery times and shipping fees for your country.

هنگامی که سفارش شما اعزام شده است، شما تایید ایمیل و شماره ردیابی دریافت خواهید کرد. در حالی که ما تلاش برای despatch خرید Needle & Thread خود را به شما در اسرع وقت، ما فقط می توانیم این کار را یک بار دروازه پرداخت ما، Shopify پرداخت، پرداخت را تایید کرده اند. اگر به هر دلیلی پرداخت شما رد شده یا مجاز نیست و سپس ما شما را از طریق ایمیل برای پردازش پرداخت تماس بگیرید. 

Please note we do not offer safe space delivery, orders do not require signature however it is important to be available at time of delivery. Alternatively, once tracking has been sent, you can select a more suitable delivery date by contacting the carrier directly.

DPD PIN Delivery

For added security, DPD deliveries now require a unique 4-digit PIN at the time of delivery.

Your PIN will be sent by DPD on the morning of delivery via SMS, email or the DPD app. Please ensure the mobile number and email address on your order are correct so you can receive your PIN.

You or an authorised person must be present with the PIN to receive the parcel. Without the PIN, DPD will be unable to hand over the parcel.

If delivery is unsuccessful, you can reschedule directly with DPD.
