Beautifully crafted with a statement ruffle off-the-shoulder design, developed from layers of tulle and net to create this playful look. The neckline and sleeves are fully elasticated along the top edge for comfort. Decorated with shimmering, rich sequins to create an enchanting, glistening effect. Expect all eyes on you in this magical, fun style.
