The Rose Powder Ruffle Ballerina Dress in Moonshine. This dress is inspired by a 1900s hand-painted wallpaper design. Beautifully printed with florals in faded pastels for a vintage look. This dress is crafted with signature Needle & Thread styling featuring tulle ruffles and layers of delicate tulle, creating pretty, effortless movement. A wardrobe treasure you'll forever hold onto.
