Developed beautifully with signature, frothy tulle in fully stretch fabric for a fitted design. This dress is scattered with polka dot motifs in shimmer sequins to create a glistening effect. Adorned with a elasticated smocking body falling into a layered frothy tulle skirt for a playful, contemporary look. This dress features an off-shoulder design using elasticated layers of tulle to create comfort and signature Needle & Thread styling. We hope you adore this dress as much as we do.
