The Pompadour Garden Chiffon Lace Kids Dress in Moonshine. This dress features hand-painted floral bouquets and trailing ditsy motifs, inspired by the Palace of Versailles. Designed with delicate lace-edged handkerchief sleeves and a loose, comfortable fit adds vintage charm. Crafed with signature Needle & Thread frills at the neckline and a softly gathered, lace-edged skirt creates a perfect twirl-ready look.
