Decorated with romantic garden florals that create an all-over, organic layout in a whimsical flower artwork. This dress features contemporary styling details with a cold-shoulder and signature frills that border the bodice and sleeves, adding a romantic edge. Developed with a loose fit silhouette for a effortless, whimsical look. The perfect dress for an upcoming special occasion.
