Adorned with a shimmering artwork in high gloss sequins. This style is inspired by the sea waves of the Riveria, featuring delicate sequins creating undulating borders for a romantic, glistening effect. The skirt is made up of layers of signature Needle & Thread soft tulle. A Needle & Thread season favourite.
