The Dappled Sequin Off-Shoulder Ballerina Dress in French Blue. This ballerina dress features shimmering clustered dot motifs that cascade towards the hem for a radiant effect. Its off-shoulder neckline is adorned with layered circle-cut frills, finished with signature Needle & Thread detailing. The dress is designed with flattering chevron seaming across the hips and a voluminous skirt crafted from layers of net and tulle, creating a dramatic, sweeping hemline. This dress is destined for truly unforgettable moments.
