The Floral Fantasy Chiffon Smocked Micro Mini Skirt in Moonshine. Designed with a beautiful floral print taken from an early 1900’s hand-painted wallpaper design. Decorated with romantic garden florals that create an all-over, organic layout in a whimsical flower artwork. Beautifully designed with a smocked waistband featuring Needle & Thread signature ruffle detailing, with perfectly positioned tiers throughout the skirt. Made from soft chiffon fabric and crafted with a voluminous, playful silhouette. We recommend pairing this skirt with our matching top to complete the look.
