The Raindrop Smocked KIDS Dress in Cream. This dress is decorated with a polka dot sequin motif in a linear formation, beautifully capturing the essence of glistening raindrops. Developed with special high-shine sequins to create a charming, shimmering effect. The skirt boasts layers of tulle and net for a playful, voluminous effect. The bodice of the dress is developed with a 'smocked' design for stretch and comfort. The perfect dress for an upcoming special event.
