The shirred bodice and short puff sleeves with tulle frill cuffs create a charming silhouette, while signature Needle & Thread ruffles at the neckline, shoulders, and waist add a pretty touch. The voluminous tulle skirt offers beautiful fullness—perfect for twirling.
