Inspired by Victorian design, the dress is elegantly detailed with meticulously placed ruffles. Crafted from signature Needle & Thread soft tulle, it exudes a romantic charm. The skirt gracefully skims the body, gently flaring to create beautiful movement, enhancing the gown’s refined, ethereal appeal.
