Crafted with signature Needle & Thread ruffles adorning the neckline, shoulders, and waist, adding a whimsical touch. Fully lined in the softest cotton voile and paired with matching frilled cotton dobby bloomers, this delicate style is crafted to evoke a soft whisper of enchantment.
